III. General Information on Data Processing
Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary for the provision of the website and offered services or if consent has been given. Legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a–f GDPR. Data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing ceases or statutory retention periods expire.
IV. Access Data / Log Files
When visiting the website, the following data is automatically collected and stored in log files: IP address, date/time, pages accessed, referring page, browser type/version, operating system, provider. The temporary storage of the IP address primarily serves to protect the site from attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Longer storage only occurs in anonymized form. Objection is not possible.
V. Cookies
Cookies are used where technically necessary. Cookies can be deactivated or deleted via browser settings. If cookies are deactivated, not all functions of the website may be available.
Technically necessary cookies include: – Multilanguage cookie for storing the website language during the visit; – An Elements cookie for displaying content; – a cookie for settings regarding emojis.
We do not use any non-technically necessary cookies. The cookies do not store any personal data.

When contacting us by e-mail or form, name, e-mail address and, if applicable, voluntary information are processed. Consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Before you can send such a form, you may be asked to consent to the use of the data. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The IP address serves to protect the site from attacks and prevent spam. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

Data is only disclosed if legally required or necessary for prosecution. No disclosure for advertising purposes.
